1. Custom Boundary & Gap Infill Fences (5 Units)
Fabrication, supply and installation of five custom heavy‑duty aluminium fence panels, comprising three stepped boundary wall fences and two masonry gap infill fences. The framework is constructed using rigid powder‑coated aluminium square hollow sections designed to prevent wind deflection. The core infill utilizes premium solid aluminium sheets featuring precision CNC‑cut geometric patterns. The complete assembly is finished in a high‑grade architectural powder coating, accented with specific aluminium profiles treated with a high‑fidelity wood‑grain sublimation to match the approved 3D design aesthetics.
Technical Specifications
- Framework: Powder‑coated aluminium square hollow sections
- Infill: CNC‑cut solid aluminium sheets with wood‑grain sublimation accents

2. Monumental Heavy‑Duty Attached CNC Architectural Canopy
Fabrication, supply and installation of one monumental, heavy‑duty attached aluminium architectural canopy, covering an expansive footprint of approximately 97.7 square meters. Given the massive scale of the structure and the significant dead load of the continuous 4mm CNC‑patterned roof panels, the primary structural skeleton has been rigorously engineered. To safely mitigate extreme wind uplift and eliminate long‑span deflection (sagging), the system utilizes oversized, heavy‑wall aluminium columns and main perimeter ring beams. The vast roof span is reinforced by precisely calculated, heavy‑duty aluminium purlins, designed to securely anchor the thick solid aluminium sheets. The entire installation is finished with a premium, weather‑resistant architectural powder coating for maximum UV stability and longevity.
Technical & Material Breakdown
- Overall Footprint: 13.648m (Length) × 7.159m (Projection/Depth)
- Main Structural Columns: 150mm × 100mm RHS, 3.5mm wall (4 units)
- Main Perimeter Ring Beams: 150mm × 100mm RHS, 3.5mm
- Roof Purlins (Cross Members): 100mm × 50mm RHS, 3.5mm
- Roofing Cladding: Premium 4mm solid aluminium sheets with CNC geometric cut‑outs
- Surface Finishing: UV‑resistant architectural powder coating

3. Freestanding Architectural Louvered Pergola
Fabrication, supply and installation of one freestanding architectural louvered pergola. The structure is anchored by four rigid aluminium columns on concealed base plates. The fixed shading roof is constructed using precisely angled aluminium louver profiles. To execute the intended architectural vision, the sides feature decorative aluminium tubes finished in a premium wood‑grain sublimation, while the primary structural frame and louvers are finished in a highly durable, exterior‑grade powder coating.
Technical Material Breakdown
- Overall Dimensions: 4.0m (Length) × 4.0m (Width) × 3.0m (Height)
- Main Structural Columns: 100mm × 100mm SHS, 3.5mm wall (4 units)
- Roof Louvers / Slats: 100mm × 50mm RHS, 2.5mm (fixed)
- Decorative Side Screens: 100mm × 20mm RHS, 2.5mm with wood‑grain sublimation
- Finishing (Dual‑Tone): Main frame and roof louvers in powder coat; side tubes in wood‑grain sublimation
