Delivery Time

Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Terms
These terms and conditions shall apply between WASLEEN TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC and the customer in connection with the supply, delivery and installation of goods. They shall prevail over any inconsistent terms in the customer's order. Any modification must be agreed in writing.
The floor surface must be smooth, clean, level (preferably with self‑leveling compound), free from other trades, and approved by our project engineer prior to installation.
2. Quantities
The quantities provided are based on our measurements. In case of any variation, our offer will be revised. Prices include supply & installation with wastage added accordingly.
3. Exclusions
- Floor preparation such as moisture barriers or dust sealers
- Protection of flooring works after installation
- Supply or installation of door profiles, threshold trims, etc.
- Removal of furniture, computer tables, chairs, partitions, cabinets
- Gate passes, entry permits, or any government approvals (to be arranged by client)
4. Validity
This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, it becomes null and void, and Wasleen shall have no liability. Orders can only be confirmed within the validity period without amendments.
5. Cancellation
If the customer cancels a confirmed purchase order, any amount paid by Wasleen shall be forfeited as reasonable compensation for costs and losses incurred.
6. Suspension
Wasleen reserves the right to suspend work if payments are delayed. Government fees or approval costs are at the client's account.

This quotation has been customized exclusively for the specific requirements, scope, designs, drawings, and specifications provided, selected, or approved by the Client. The pricing outlined herein is prepared in good faith based on the information available at the time of issuance and reflects the agreed project parameters.
The total project cost is subject to and directly influenced by material specifications and brand selections, prevailing market prices of materials at the time of procurement, approved installation methodologies, applicable safety and compliance requirements, transportation and logistics processes, as well as skilled and unskilled labor charges. Any variation in these factors may result in a corresponding adjustment to the quoted price.
This quotation is therefore indicative of the approved scope only, and any modifications to designs, materials, execution procedures, site conditions, or regulatory requirements shall be treated as a variation and may impact both the project cost and timeline.
